9) Shipping and delivery: We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours. Standard delivery can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Next day delivery can take 3-4 business days to arrive. Delivery times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include bank holidays. You are required to provide full and complete address for delivery. We are not liable for goods delivered to an inaccurate address as a result of incorrect/ incomplete information provided. We use Evri parcel delivery to ship orders, however we may use other couriers from time to time.
